THE JOURNEY 200 (formerly known as, The Svadhyaya 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training), certified by Yoga Alliance, is an invitation for students and practitioners of all levels, backgrounds, and ages to engage in the conversation, practice and teaching of Yoga. Teacher training is an opportunity to dive deeper into your own personal growth and your love of all things yoga, or to become a yoga teacher. Co-leaders Allison Sobel, with over 15 years of teacher training experience and Michelle Baldino, with over 10 years of teaching and training experience are supported by Nikki Rowinski, Patty O’Neill and Kelly Bergh to create a solid foundation on how to teach yoga in a supportive environment to build your confidence as a yoga teacher. You do not need to want to teach in order to enjoy and grow through this program. Of course, if you want to teach, you’ll be ready to go with our two class templates! We ask that students have at least one year of regular practice experience before joining the group to ensure that everyone gets the most out of the program as possible.

Early Bird Enrollment – $2500 until September 2, 2022 (includes $500 non-refundable deposit). Must be paid in full by 9/2/22.

Fall Tuition after 9/2/2022 – $2850 (includes $500 non-refundable deposit). Payment plans available.

  • Attend all dates or complete makeup homework for what you missed
  • Maintain daily journal & meditation practice
  • Assist in the Bulldog Yoga Beginner Series
  • Practice a minimum of 20 classes with lead teachers and Bulldog Yoga Staff
  • Take at least two yoga class that is not Vinyasa and write a one page report on the experience
  • Teach one community class open to friends, family & YTT Students
  • Other projects, book readings and homework as assigned
