WALK & TALK COACHING

Mental health research on walking validates what my heart knows: the healing power of nature. There’s something very powerful about physically moving as you are mentally moving. When you are stuck, go for a walk! Walking IS symbolic of moving forward! There have been numerous studies that show rhythmic exercise, such as walking, can be conducive to the process of self-discovery. Let’s use our time together as a way to be more physically active!

I have been in the wellbeing industry for over 30 years.  As an avid runner, walker and yogi, I noticed the benefits of fresh air and exercise when it comes to clearing the mind, enhancing creativity and processing one’s thoughts, feelings and emotions. This being one with nature approach aligns with my yogic studies and the fact that we are made up of nature’s elements: earth, water and air.
